At the time of registration, all new students seeking admission to St. Joseph School are evaluated on the basis of current standardized test scores and report cards. Additional documents required for enrollment include:
- Health Records
- Immunization Records
- Birth Certificate (original)
- Baptismal Certificate (Catholic applicants only)
- Report Cards – for applicants into grades 1 – 8
- Standardized Test Results
- Record of Individual Education Plan (IEP) and/or 504 Plan – if applicable
- Verification of active parish affiliation/stewardship if a registered member of St. Joseph Basilica.
- Discipline Record
