PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ATTEND THIS MEETING.
We will also be collecting the winter sports fees at the meeting. See below for the fee schedule. Payment must be made in full to receive a uniform. Please contact me prior to uniform distribution with any questions or concerns.
JV and Varsity basketball players – $80 (Includes $40 Sports fee, $25 refundable uniform deposit, and $15 shooting shirt – see below)
Intramural basketball players – $40 (Sports fee)
Cheerleaders – $65 (Includes $40 sports fee and $25 refundable uniform deposit)
NOTE: If you participated in soccer, we will deduct $25 from the winter sports fee if your soccer uniform has been returned. We have everyone’s fees calculated and will give you the total amount due at the meeting.
SHOOTING SHIRT: We will be purchasing shooting shirts for all JV and Varsity basketball players. The cost of the shirt is $34, of which the SJS Athletic Department will cover $19. This shirt will eliminate the policy that basketball players need to be in school uniforms before and after the games. Players will be able to wear their basketball uniform along with the new shooting shirt. The shirt will be logo’d with the new athletic logo and the players last names, which you will keep. We want all players to look the same before games. Cheerleaders should attend in their cheer uniforms and may wear warm-ups purchased in the past or black sweatpants.
We will be purchasing shooting and intramural shirts based on sizes that were given at time of registration. So if your child needs a different size or I have missed them on the list (link below), please let me know ASAP.
Also, basketball players who purchased warm-ups in the past, are also allowed to wear them. However, they must be worn with the shooting shirts. Basketball players that do not have warm-ups, should wear black sweatpants.
Lastly,Please print and have the following forms filled out and ready to hand in when attending the parent meeting and uniform distribution. We have a lot of uniforms to distribute and this will help the process go as quickly and efficiently as possible.
